What services do you offer?

We offer private chef experiences specializing in sushi, omakase, and Japanese-fusion cuisine. Services are available for intimate dinners, events, corporate functions, and special occasions.

How do I book an event?

1. You can start by using our booking form, which includes providing us with your desired date, guest count, menu preferences, and more.

2. Once submitted, we’ll call you to confirm availability and follow up to finalize the details.

3. To lock in your date, accept our quote and pay the deposit. 

4. We serve your event at the scheduled date and event address. Look forward to an exciting and exclusive chef experience!

Do you offer tastings or consultations before booking?

We do not offer tastings prior however, we are happy to discuss the menu details with you during our consultation.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and holidays, as availability fills up quickly. For larger parties with 50+ people, we recommend two to three months in advance.

Where do you travel to?

We are based in Southern California and able to travel all the way up to Santa Barbara and all the way down to San Diego. We mostly cater to locations in Los Angeles and Orange County. Some locations may include a travel fee.

If your event is outside this area, feel free to reach out. We may still be able to accommodate with a travel fee.

Can I customize the menu?

Absolutely! We offer customizable menus based on your tastes, dietary needs, and the style of your event. You can build your own menu right on the booking form.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of guests, menu choices, location, and additional items. After submitting your booking inquiry, we’ll call you for a personalized quote. 

Do you cater to dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes! We can accommodate allergies and dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or shellfish-free menus. Please mention these during booking or in your consultation call.

What's included in the service?

We provide chef-prepared sushi onsite, fresh ingredients, plating, and clean-up. Optional add-ons include servers, tableware, or sake pairings. We bring the full experience to you.

Please note that depending on the size of the event, we do require to be on-site two to three hours prior to the event to prepare.

What happens after I submit a booking request?

We’ll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. If your date is available, we’ll confirm the details and send a proposal or invoice to reserve your spot.

Do you offer gift cards or experiences as gifts?

Do you have food for children?

Yes, we offer kid-friendly options! While our main focus is sushi, we can include simple rolls, cooked items, or non-seafood choices that are more suitable for younger guests.

Just let us know the age range and any specific preferences or dietary needs, and we’ll tailor part of the menu to make sure everyone at your event enjoys the experience—even the little ones!
